Durex Promotion Terms and Conditions 

1. By entering into this Promotion entrants will have deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotions are open only on the dates as defined on the competition page

3. Prize draw (“Promotion”) open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of RB UK Commercial Ltd (“Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

4. Competition winners will be selected at random (under independent supervision) from all qualifying submitted entries.

5. No cash or other alternative to stated prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. [Only one prize per winner per household.

6. The winner(s) will be notified by email according to the contact details supplied within 28 days of the date of the prize draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.

7. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of winners.

8. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the prize.

9. Winner’s names will be made available upon request in writing on or after the competition end, and entrants consent to the use of their names in this way.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are illegal, incomplete or damaged and these entries will not be accepted.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

13. By entering this Promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, and the holding and processing of such data by the Promoter and for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion.] If you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose, you should not enter the Promotion.

14. In entering, all entrants agree to the Promoter announcing them as shortlisted entrants and subsequently as winners and using their entry across their social media channels and through online advertising.

15. In entering, all entrants agree to optionally being photographed, interviewed and filmed and featured in post activity marketing material relevant to the Promotion. The entrant also agrees to allow the use of their data to be made anonymous and used for republishing in future.

16. The promoter reserves the right to remove any offensive, incomprehensible or otherwise inappropriate entries.

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any late, lost, incomplete, inappropriate or incomprehensible entries.

18. By entering this Promotion the entrant hereby confirms that their entry is their own original work. For any content that entrant submits in connection with this Promotion, including all photos, entrant grants Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to entrant. Furthermore, the entrant waives absolutely entrant’s moral rights arising under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and, so far as is legally possible, any broadly equivalent rights that entrant may have in any territory of the world.

19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with anyone other than Durex. By entering this Promotion, entrants understand that they are providing their information [and any photo content] to the Promoter. All information and photo content submitted by entrants will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion.

20. For all competitions running on social media, entrants will need to adhere to the Promotional Guidelines of the individual social media channel.

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
