On 01 Aug 2018 we initiated a product recall in Australia for one batch of non-latex Real Feel Condoms. No other Durex products are affected by this recall.

About the recall

The safety of our consumers always comes first, and this is reflected in our rigorous quality standards. We recently found that a limited number of non-latex Real Feel condoms made earlier this year are not passing our stringent shelf-life durability tests.

There is no immediate safety concern for consumers and only one batch is affected. Working closely with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), a division of the Australian Department of Health, we have decided to recall the affected batch. No other Durex products are affected.

We are recalling non-latex Real Feel Condoms with the following batch number: 1000432443 (expiry Jan 2021).

Batch numbers are shown on the bottom of the pack and on the foil wrapping of individual condoms, as illustrated in the pictures below.

The Real Feel recall specifically relates to the batch number listed above and doesn’t affect any other Durex products.
